Row 7 Holiday Homes was spotless, nicely equipped, and decorated so well that it felt like home. Check-in was easy, and the amenities were better than I expected. The location was quiet but still close enough to local attractions. Our host was quick to respond and helpful with everything we needed. A relaxing stay, and I’ll definitely return.

The host was friendly and knew the area well, always happy to help with anything in Cyprus. Nearby, there were beautiful beaches, reasonably priced restaurants, and nightlife that was lively without being too much. The holiday homes had everything for a comfortable two-week stay, including working air conditioning and other quality amenities. I’d stay again.

The holiday home was great value in Kyrenia, lovely, very clean, and close to all the amenities. It was fully equipped for cooking, with tea and coffee too, so staying in for a meal was easy. There’s also a lovely terrace and lush garden, perfect for morning coffee or wine and cheese on a breezy summer evening. I’ve already booked to come back in summer. Kervansaray public beach is just down the road and is probably the best in Kyrenia. It’s sandy and clean, with beautiful blue-turquoise water, and the cove keeps the waves from getting hectic. Merit Park Hotel is nearby too, with its restaurants, events, and casino. On the same road are other good restaurants and cafés, especially Peri's fish restaurant and kErvan café, plus a supermarket for everyday supplies. I highly recommend the place.

The bed was the highlight for me. I stayed nearly three weeks and slept better than I ever have. The place has distinctive architecture and is thoughtfully designed, too. It’s also well placed: the beach is a minute away for sunsets, the casino about three minutes on foot, and the city center a five-minute drive. There are delicious fish restaurants nearby. Rifat was kind, quick to communicate, and a great host. I’d absolutely recommend it.
