The rooms had everything we needed, but the building seemed roughly renovated and there was no real reception. The bedside tables were wooden boxes, and only one side of the bed had a lamp. Insulation was practically nonexistent, so we heard engines and washing machines almost constantly, especially in the evenings, and couldn't sleep. We told the person in charge, but nothing changed. Highway noise came through as well. Breakfast was poor, the coffee was poor, and the juice was standardized. I wouldn't recommend it.

The restaurant across the road was a highlight, with excellent local food. It was packed with families on Sunday, but they still found us a table. The hotel itself was great too, with pleasant staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. It's also well placed for visiting the Troodos mountains. We stayed for one night.

There's a large Greek taverna about 150 metres down the road, serving very good traditional food, and Kakopetria is just a few minutes away by car. The hotel's a nice little place, with recently renovated, roomy rooms, good beds, a good shower and water pressure, and working AC. The breakfast buffet had everything you needed and was good quality. The street nearby is surprisingly busy, though, and you can hear it in the room with the window open.

The owners were friendly, and breakfast was really nice. This B&B has a clean, comfortable feel, with a well-designed minimal style and a great mattress. A unique, beautiful place to relax quietly in nature. I totally recommend it.
