Villa Infinite Blu

Avoid this place. I have never experienced anything like this while travelling. When we reached the “villa” at 2 a.m., someone else was in our apartment and we had nowhere to stay. The owner had accepted an earlier night arrival time on the booking website, then rented the place to someone else for our first night. She found us somewhere else to stay, but charged a large fee and also tried to make us pay for that night. We reported it to the booking portal. Its consultants told the owner she had agreed to the arrival time, but she claimed she knew nothing about it. They agreed that we were in the right. The next day, when we got into the “villa,” we found it dirty and moldy, and in terrible condition. The worst was mold in the air conditioning, which we had to use because of the heat. We only realized this near the end of the trip, and it felt like it was poisoning people. The pool looks nice in photos, but biting ants swimming in it made it hard to use. During our stay, the nervous owner messaged us at midnight to say we had to leave the day before we expected to, based on how we understood the accommodation times. She was trying to kick us out and leave us without a place to stay. This woman ruined our whole holiday. In her booking.com review, she lied in her own favor and claimed we had damaged the villa, even though we cleaned it before leaving and left it cleaner than we found it. The owner is arrogant, dishonest and a liar. We felt intimidated. The villa looks different in reality. I will never go back.
