The garden and vintage rooms make this place feel like a little green retreat, and I haven't found anything else like it on the island. I've come several times for breakfast, and the fresh local food is worth the price. The owners and staff are lovely, the service is good, and there's plenty to look around at. The vanity sits on a quiet street up towards Lapta. I haven't stayed overnight, so I can't speak to the beds, though the setting makes me think it would be a great stay. It can get busy on weekends, so booking a table ahead may be wise, especially on special weekends. It's popular with locals too. For a distinctive breakfast in North Cyprus, this is the place.

We came for two nights and ended up adding two more because we felt so at home here. Everyone is kind and attentive, especially the owner, and the whole place is quiet, authentic, and beautifully cared for. The garden, full of trees and plants, feels like a small paradise. Our rooms are modern, comfortable, and have everything we need; there are four of us across two rooms with balconies, and we still have one night left. Breakfast is huge and keeps me full until dinner. I'm vegan, and each morning they bring fresh fruit and vegetables, olives, and orange juice, while my friends have plenty of other things to eat. On Sundays a musician plays the flute during breakfast, which adds to the calm atmosphere. I'd come back for breakfast even without staying here, it's that good.

We live in Cyprus, so we didn't stay at the hotels, but this was the best breakfast for two we've had here. It cost 700 tl per person, and the atmosphere, taste, and value were all spot on 👌🏻

We'd happily return to enjoy the area again. Lapta itself has a magical, peaceful feel, with exquisite gardens and a beautiful house. The traditional breakfast is generous and made the visit even better. Suna’s beach is very close for a day by the sea. Kyrenia/Girne is about a 15minute drive, with lovely streets, shops, and port side restaurants. We also found ‘Gave’ coffee shop to be a quiet spot for food and Turkish coffee. For wine and a cheese board, Gillham vineyard is a 15minute drive up into the hills. Well recommended.

We came for breakfast and it was okay. There was a cat smell, so I think the paved areas could use a proper wash with disinfectant.
