The host made our stay especially easy, helping us get a parking spot and being flexible about check-in and check-out. They were quick to respond and gave us great tips for local restaurants and attractions. The apartment also felt private, which made it a relaxing place to stay. Apartment 163 in Larnaca was spotless, well kept, and stocked with everything we could need, including a hair dryer, iron, and plush towels. It was easy to find and well placed for exploring the area. We felt at home and would happily return. I’d confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Cyprus or Larnaca.

Customer service is amazing, and the apartments are now kept in top condition under their new management. The location is great, just a few metres from the famous Finikoudes beachfront and close to restaurants and other amenities. Keep it up!

A troubling experience with a reservation at Finikoudes kiteos apts on 20 august. After I booked, the owner, Chris, asked me to cancel because of what he said was an air-conditioning problem. I said I was willing to stay without air conditioning, but then he also claimed there was an issue with the shower, which made me suspicious. I insisted on seeing the room before cancelling, and Chris agreed. I cancelled on the condition that I’d be shown it. After my refund came through, he didn’t show me the room as promised. It left me feeling that he hadn’t been truthful about the problems, and that the situation involved deceptive practices. I think this kind of conduct in hospitality should be addressed, and would appreciate guidance on what to do next.

It’s basically a two-minute walk to the beach and restaurants, so the location is perfect. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily, and there are fresh towels. Nothing to complain about.

The place was clean, and the people were pleasant and helpful. They let us stay until 4 pm without charging extra. The location is brilliant for the beach and restaurants. We highly recommend it.
