Lordos Beach

We’ve just spent three weeks at Lordos Beach Hotel and couldn’t fault it. Everything was so clean, definitely 5*. The staff were the friendliest and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We’ll absolutely book here again.

The dinners kept things interesting, with a different cuisine each day, and were a highlight for me. Marcela also stood out. She was warm and welcoming every time I came down for breakfast or dinner. I got an upgrade to a spacious, clean room with everything I needed. The bed wasn’t quite my preference, but having several pillow types to choose from helped. The rooms can be noisy since the soundproofing isn’t very strong. Even so, I enjoyed the stay, especially as a relaxed place to unwind without making many plans.

We were here in the off-season, so the outdoor pools weren’t available for us to enjoy. There’s an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, saunas, and a really large gym instead. The hotel is right on the beach, which was very convenient, and the staff were kind and nice. Our room was relatively small but had what we needed, including a coffee machine and all its accessories. The balcony had a beautiful sea view. Breakfast and dinner were excellent with lots of choices. Dinner had a different theme each day, and the food itself was excellent.

We had a great experience overall. The hotel is right on the beach, and both the indoor and outdoor pools were nice, as were the wet and dry saunas. We stayed four nights full board in a modern new room with up-to-date facilities, and the food was good. Greek and Italian dinner nights were excellent, while Mexican and French nights were nice. One thing that disappointed us was buying water park tickets at reception. It wasn’t clear that the cash “deposit” we paid wouldn’t be returned at the end. Because of that deposit, the tickets cost a little more than buying them online through the hotel.
