We were happy with our holiday overall, mostly because it was quiet, the weather was lovely, there weren’t crowds, and the food was good. The villa gets a C- from us. It’s spacious, the grounds are large, utilities are inexpensive, and the sea is nearby. But the building and furniture are worn out, and there’s no decent bed linen. We were five people staying for a week. The weather was great, though people say December is much colder. We left on December 30th, and it started raining then. The house is very old, or at least really worn, with basic renovation that already needs updating. It has what you need, including a gas stove and two refrigerators. Bring your own sheets: ours were so old and unpleasant that we wanted to sleep in our clothes. Heating runs on diesel, which you pay for, or electricity. We used 120 liters of diesel over the week at 0.8 euros per liter, and set the timer for two hours in the morning and two in the evening. The diesel heating also warms the water, though electric heating is another option. Electricity costs 0.36 euros per kilowatt. The five of us used 10 cubic meters of water during the week. There’s a road nearby, so light sleepers may find it noisy at night. The sea is only two hundred meters away, but it’s very shallow and you have to walk a long way through the water to swim. There are a couple of cafes close by, especially Nero, though its coffee is expensive and not very tasty. Nearby shops have limited choices. Lidl, 3 kilometers towards Larnaca, is a better bet.

We spent a short winter break in this lovely, welcoming home. It’s spacious, with a well-equipped modern kitchen and new noise-proof windows. The old, expensive heating system has been replaced with new reversible air conditioners. A major renovation had just finished, so the house is in excellent shape now, and the issues mentioned in older reviews that had worried us are gone. There’s also a private sauna and billiards, which make it a great place to relax in winter or summer, whatever the weather.

We spent New Year's here as a group of five and liked the villa. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, and plenty of room for a large group. The location is great, with a sandy beach nearby. There’s also a pool, though that’s really only useful in summer. The furniture is quite old, and winter heating is tricky and expensive since electricity is charged separately.

We’re from Riga, Latvia, and stayed at this villa both in summer and again after its renovation. The house is cozy and modern now, with everything needed for a comfortable seaside stay. Best of all, it’s right next to the sea.

The apartment was roomy and clean, and a sauna was available. The couple who rented it to us were friendly, and there’s a shared swimming pool. The neighborhood is otherwise fairly quiet, though the restaurant scene downstairs nearby could be disturbing at night.
