The water pressure is poor, and cleaning is an issue. When something goes wrong, it may take a long time to get fixed, or it may not be dealt with at all, and the problems are avoided. The apartment renters don't seem interested in providing good service. I'd only recommend staying here as a last resort when there are no other options.
