The beach was lovely, and we liked the hotel's location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and evening entertainment. But smoking was everywhere, even by the beach sunbeds, during outdoor shows, and at breakfast on the terrace. It made it hard for non-smokers to relax. Smoke from neighboring rooms kept us from using our balcony, and the bathroom ventilation didn't work well, so shower steam lingered in the room. The hotel feels old and, to me, is more like a 3-star place. There also isn't a promenade along the seafront, which was disappointing. We only had breakfast and were glad we skipped all-inclusive, since we heard other guests complain about the food. Non-smoking areas, better ventilation, and some updating would make a difference.

We especially enjoyed the warm, clean water and the hotel's access to a great beach, which the kids loved. The pools were kept clean, and we could use them at any time. Our half-board meals had lots of choices for adults and children, and the food was great. The hotel and our nice room were clean, the room had an amazing view, and the staff were very polite and helpful. We had a great vacation.

It was my birthday during our stay, and the staff surprised me with a lovely cake. That was such a wonderful touch. They were all so friendly and welcoming that we felt at home, and the hotel was a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed the beach and swimming pools every day. Our clean room was lovely and had plenty of storage, with wardrobes, drawers, and cabinets. The food and drinks were really nice too. The stay exceeded my expectations.

The food had lots of choice, from fish, lamb, pork, and chicken to salads and proper desserts like Pavlova and chocolate cake. They even made omelettes in front of you at breakfast. The air conditioning was powerful throughout, and the crew were lovely. Thanks especially to Victoria, Stella, Andy, Noura, Nehir, and all the staff. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day, including the beach towels. Best beach and sea hotel I've stayed at. I had a great vacation and will miss it. Hope I haven't forgotten anything!

Traveling with our young child went really well. My daughter could swim in both the pool and the sea, and there were enough sunbeds for everyone, so we didn't have to compete for a spot. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the restaurant's dinner menu too. It was an amazing stay for all of us, and I strongly recommend this place.
