The good parts were the short walk to the beach and restaurants, and air conditioning in both rooms. The apartment had colonies of ants, and the sofa was stained with something unpleasant. Our window looked onto the neighboring building, even though the Booking picture showed a sea view. With the windows shut, we could still hear music, people talking, and cars in the parking area at night, including electronic music and guitar.

The apartment had what we needed, and the staff, though not visible, were kind and responsive to calls and messages. It's very close to Finikoudes beach, the Mediterranean, places to eat, and Ocean for food and goods. I also left a comment about Ocean Basket beach restaurant. Before arriving, it's worth asking about anything you need, including whether the water tap drains properly. The main downside is the constant noise from the city's seaside boulevard until around 1 a.m. If you enjoy the lively crowd, that may be fine.

The studio was fine inside, with a washing machine, hairdryer, kitchenette, two small balconies, and clean sheets and towels. It's above a craft beer bar. Sleep is the problem: Borracho pub has very loud music, By the Way bar adds to the noise, and mopeds rev outside throughout the day and night. Noisy trucks spend about an hour emptying bins in the small streets around 3 a.m., then the usual city sounds start up by 7. It might suit someone who spends the day at the beach and parties all night, but not if you need rest.

It's clean and well organized, check-in was easy, and customer service was good. As accommodation only, it works well. I still thought it was a little overpriced without breakfast or parking, especially since the room doesn't face the sea. It's also noisy at night, even though it's only 100m from the beach and marina, so I took off one star.
