Zodiac Hotel Apartments

The host was unkind and unwelcoming, and there wasn’t any hot water for a shower. There were no plates either, so you couldn’t have anything while waiting for the cafés and restaurants to open for breakfast. The location is beautiful, though, and the rooms have sea views. The furniture is almost new, which makes the place feel fresh and clean.

We got in and out easily, and the beds, sheets, and main room were clean. The balcony has an amazing sea view, and for the money it’s still good value. The bathroom was average and the shower rather small. There’s a kitchen, but no cooking utensils or pans. The shower soap dispenser didn’t work, so we used a glass from the kitchen to scoop soap from the other dispenser by the sink mirror. We’d come back if we get the chance.

We loved the beach views and the location at Zodiac Hotel Apartments. It also costs less than many nearby apartment hotels, so it felt like good value. Entry to both the building and apartment is secure and convenient with access cards, and the rooms are cleaned every day. There’s rooftop access on the fifth floor, a spot not many people seem to know about. It’s lovely for relaxing or having a few friends over to enjoy the view. Highly recommend it for a visit to Larnaca!

There’s mold in the corner of the room, shown in the last pictures, and the manager was very rude. His messages felt like gaslighting. The kitchenette is there, and the manager had written several times that it could generally be used for longer stays, but then I was told I could NOT use it. The hotel’s Booking.com page doesn’t mention that restriction. Avoid this place if you want a nice stay.
