Our room opened onto the courtyard in this lovely old building. The owners were friendly and relaxed, and made us feel welcome. Such a great family run guest house west of Limassol.

The courtyard is adorable and smells of jasmine, and the building is ancient. The amenities are very basic, so this isn't a place for anyone who needs their luxuries. I loved the authentic village feel in Episkopi, though. Walking in felt like stepping back in time, and there are incredible ancient ruins about a 10 minute drive away at the Kourion. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hosts were very nice and helpful, and even let us check out later because of our late flight. Breakfast was a well presented, extensive buffet. We had a nice room with a mini fridge, plenty of closet space, and a lovely shower. The authentic house has a large garden with a very special old tree, the Tipuana Tipu. It's in a small village near the Kourion, and the fish restaurants along the beach are only a 6 km drive away. A really nice place to stay.

The breakfasts were the one letdown, very basic and repetitive. Still, this is a lovely quiet spot away from the tourist bustle, with a beautiful old garden and older-style rooms that were clean and pleasant. Service was friendly and discreet.
