The worst residence building to live in. The municipality never stops people renting the volleyball court from partying at full nightclub volume all night.

The elevators are badly maintained, and the common areas aren’t looked after properly. It’s the worst complex of buildings, run by a crazy man who claims to be the building caretaker, imposes his wishes, and behaves badly.

There are lots of shops and cafes nearby, and the windows have a perfect sea view. Right across the street is a clean beach with a gentle slope, sun loungers and umbrellas for 2.5 euros each. Showers and toilets on the beach are free.
