Cezar's Airport Hotel

We chose this hotel because it’s close to Ercan airport. Our flight was early, and we didn’t want to drive up from Paphos in the middle of the night. We were pleased to find a modern-looking hotel with welcoming, friendly staff. Check-in was seamless, and we were in our room in under five minutes. It was a little small, but nicely presented and clean, with a clean bed and bathroom, towels, slippers, and other amenities. I’d ask for a room at the back, as the ones facing the main road are somewhat noisy, though still bearable. Dinner in the dining lounge beside reception was fab, especially since there aren’t many evening dining options nearby. Mevlut Ozdiken, the owner, is super friendly and made sure our short stay went well. He even offered to arrange an airport transfer and let us leave the car at the hotel while we were away. I’d take him up on that, since parking at Ercan airport is now TL650 per day! We’d read several reviews about missing towels or slippers and no hot water, but our experience was the opposite. The stay was far better than expected, and better than some of my experiences at 4 or 5 star hotels elsewhere in Cyprus. I’d look no further if you need a place before flying from Ercan or an affordable stay on the north side of Nicosia. We’d definitely come back.
