Elysium Capital Residence

Not worth what I paid. The room smelled like an ashtray even though it was supposed to be non-smoking, and the owners were nowhere to be found. I killed a cockroach just hours after arriving. There was no hot water, the water pressure was low, and the AC didn't work. The WiFi signal was a joke, even with an extender. The bed and pillows were the worst I've tried in 40 years, and the armchair had some very disturbing stains. I'd have been okay with this for 20 or 30 euros, but for 50 you can stay somewhere much, much, much better.

The location is quite good, but at 45€ the place still feels overpriced given all the problems. The AC didn't work, the water ran very slowly, and the shower was cold. Soundproofing is terrible: there's a 2cm gap under the door, so it feels like sleeping in the hallway, and you can hear a pin drop in the other rooms. I'd only recommend it if your standards are very low. I chose it mainly for the price and location, but 30-35€ would feel fair.

It's a shame there's no option below one star. For only 300€-400€ the rooms could be decent for people, but right now they're fit for chickens. I honestly think the mattress has been there since the business began. It's the cheapest one I've ever seen, as the pictures show. The bathroom is filthy and completely wrecked, and in 2024 there's no fridge. As we say in England, some people have deep pockets and short hands. Spend some money, it's for your own good!

They're the worst in hospitality. After booking, I called more than 100 times and sent several emails, but they never got back to me through calls, email, or messages. Either they don't exist or they can't read English. They deducted the money from my card and never replied. Save your money and stay away from these scammers.
