George and the Olympia team were incredible. They were so kind and welcoming, and housekeeping was polite, courteous, and friendly every day. I stayed at Hilton Nicosia for two weeks and enjoyed every day, even when I didn’t go out. My room was amazing, thanks to an upgrade. It’s easy to get around on foot from the hotel, with a grocery store, McDonald’s, and a great walking path nearby. There’s also a shuttle to the lovely park area near the main bus station, where you can travel around the country.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. I found the hotel comfortable, clean, and well kept, with spacious rooms and great facilities. The gym is excellent, and the location makes it convenient to get around the city. A few little things could be better, but I had a pleasant, relaxing stay and would definitely come back and recommend it.

Parking was easy, with plenty of space, and there are several good restaurants in and around the Hilton. Eating at Mint Bar Restaurant was a highlight, the food there was amazing. Breakfast had a fantastic range of good quality options too. What stood out most was the staff, from breakfast and housekeeping to reception. Everyone was friendly, professional, and truly welcoming. The hotel was impeccably clean throughout. I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it. The one small thing to improve is the shower pressure. Thanks to the whole Hilton Nicosia team.

The Executive Lounge food was excellent, especially compared with other Hiltons I’ve stayed at recently. Breakfast was awesome too, with a nice selection, and you can sit on the terrace for some sun and fresh air. The staff were attentive. Nicky (sorry if misspelled) at reception was very helpful and did her best to get me the room I wanted, including an upgrade. Christian was nice as well. A very good hotel, and a great place to return to.

I can’t see what all the good ratings are about. The hotel is nowhere near five-star quality or condition. The breakfast had a good selection, but the food quality didn’t meet that standard, and some of it seemed to sit out too long. We went through three rooms at check-in before finding one that was at least somewhat clean and acceptable. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves again. The photos attached were of the room we kept. The rooms urgently need renovation, and the cleaning needs to improve. There were a few positives: reception staff were supportive, the city-centre shuttle was free, and the gym was well equipped. But if having a clean, proper room matters to you, I’d choose another hotel.
