The room was unacceptable, with poor cleanliness and a serious ant problem. Nicosia can have good weather in winter, but you still need heating at night. The air conditioning couldn't warm the room enough. There are much better places to choose from.

Getting here from the checkpoint was really easy, and I enjoyed that accessibility. The building is old and has no soundproofing, so the nearby cafes and bars can make for noisy nights. If a good night's sleep matters, I'd look elsewhere. ☀️🌸

The bed and location were the only good parts. The room was dirty, cold, and had ants for roommates. The water heating setup was ridiculous too: you couldn't heat the room and warm shower water at the same time, so expect a cold room after your shower. Simply not recommended.

The studios are lovely, right in the center and close to the green line.

The studio is cozy and sits right in the center of the old town. Evenings outside can get noisy, though that's not the studio's fault. The owner has thoughtfully left a box of earplugs. :3
