The staff are friendly, welcoming and ready to help with whatever you need. Breakfast is included, and I especially liked the Mediterranean breakfast and poached egg. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet, with a table and chair for working on a laptop, plus a TV with Netflix. It's well located, with parking and lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Public transport is just a five-minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

The service deserves top marks, no complaints there. The rooms, though, have a long list of problems: sunrise makes them too bright, there's loud noise from nearby construction, and they weren't very clean, with hair everywhere. It may have been from the cleaning staff, but I can't say for sure. There were also rusty and broken bathroom items, plus water infiltration from the bathroom. If your standards are low, it might be fine as a two- or three-star kind of hotel.

I only spent a short time in Nicosia, but the accommodation was spacious, tidy, clean and not too noisy. Highly recommended. Thank you for the hospitality, Urban Habitat.

That mattress was incredible! The rooms were clean and modern, the location was amazing, and the host was helpful. The only downside was the lack of parking, so we had to pay extra to use nearby parking spaces.
