We booked this last minute for three nights as a family of four, and I’m glad we came. The kids loved the hotel’s water park, and the resort is very nicely designed. The staff were super friendly and the food was pretty good. I also had a wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating massage at the hotel spa. Thank you, Laxmi, that part gets five stars! Our room in the Fishing Village was dated and not the cleanest, though it was comfortable enough for the children.

We visited in early January. The restaurant staff were very polite, but the room, halls, reception area, and lobby were all very dirty. The bed springs were faulty and hurt our backs. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were freezing, below 20 degrees Celsius.

The food, service, quiet atmosphere, and location were all great. I did have a broken chair and an annoying shower head, but everything else was wonderful. Totally recommend it.

The pool was overcrowded with children and floaties, and I saw kids pee in it. Despite the large property, there was only one pool. Breakfast was inedible apart from the omelets made to order. The safe cost €5 a day to use, and the air conditioning switched off at night, leaving our room unbearably hot, around 80°F. The room was never properly cleaned. Trash, food, and dust were left for days; the bathroom had mold and broken fixtures, and the sheets were stained even after I asked several times for replacements. There weren’t any basic bathroom supplies, not even shampoo, conditioner, a shower cap, or body lotion. The listing also never said this was clearly a resort for SMALL children. I tried to raise these problems with staff and management more than once, but nobody followed up. The stay was extremely disappointing and nothing like the online advertising. The hotel felt unhygienic, misleadingly advertised, and unprofessional. I would never recommend it.
