The stay was disappointing and sometimes uncomfortable. During the New Year period, the hotel was severely overcrowded, chaotic, and stressful. Service was inconsistent and often below an acceptable standard. Staff would carry on personal conversations while guests waited to ask questions or get help. The room Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, so I had to keep switching it off and on to reconnect. English-language TV channels were extremely limited, and machinery noise near the rooms made it hard to rest. A packed breakfast wasn’t available for our early departure. Bathrobes and in-room coffee also had to be requested, which shouldn’t happen at this level. This didn’t meet the expectations of a European five-star property. It may suit guests with lower expectations.

The sea outside the window was crystal clear, and the peaceful views gave the place a real holiday feel. It felt like our little paradise, and we’ll definitely return and recommend it. This was our second stay at Salamis Bay Conti, and we’ve fallen for it all over again. The first visit was fantastic, but this one was even better. There was so much delicious, fresh food, with every meal like a small feast and lots of beautifully prepared, flavorful dishes. The drinks were amazing too, made with original premium alcohols, served beautifully, and so tasty we couldn’t pick a favorite. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Our waiter Amir deserves a special mention: his friendly, professional service made every meal special. People like him are what give this hotel its soul.

The view is perfect, and the hotel feels like a dream. The staff are quick and very helpful, and the service is great. Even waiting in the lobby can be enjoyable. We loved the food, and especially enjoyed the days featuring different cuisines. The location is great too. I’d give it 10/10 and recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked for Christmas. There’s lots of choice in the restaurants, and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly and efficient, especially Cemal in the main restaurant. He’s always smiling and nothing is too much trouble for him. Definitely an asset to the hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

It’s a bit of a mixed experience, some good and some not so good. People seem friendly, but very little English is spoken on this Turkish side, so communication can be a problem. The rooms are good, though the cleaning service isn’t up to the hotel’s standard. Food is good, with lots of non-vegetarian options and plenty of drinks, but vegetarian choices are very limited. There’s no separate vegetarian counter, and the organization and execution are poor. There are lots of other services, including kids’ entertainment, and the hotel has its own private beach with easy access. It all feels a bit bitter-sweet.
