Anemi Hotel & Suites

The suite was roomy and sparkling clean, and the heating and hot water both worked just right for a January stay. Breakfast had so much choice that everyone could find something, and we made use of the free gym too. My partner and I booked the suite on the website and got a great deal with breakfast included. We arrived on an early flight, and the hotel let us leave our bags in a secure room. Reception were lovely when we asked about checking in early, and helped us with a smile. The spot was ideal for getting around, with restaurants and shops nearby, the promenade a five-minute walk away, and a bus stop close by for exploring the city. We had a wonderful winter break and would recommend it.

The staff made organizing a trip for a large group much easier. They were professional, committed, kind, and always willing to help or find a solution with a smile. We arranged our guests' trip at this hotel, which definitely deserves its four stars. From our first contact until departure, everything ran smoothly and at a high standard. The place left us with a very good impression for both its quality and atmosphere. We'd gladly recommend it and plan to return.

We had a really enjoyable weekend. The room was clean, recently renovated, and had the comforts we needed. Service was excellent, and the indoor pool was fantastic. The gym equipment is up to date, and the KIPOS terrace has a calm, pleasant feel. Breakfast was good quality with a standard range of choices. Dinner at Elia Restaurant was okay, but the selection was limited. Given the prices and competition, I think the dinner quality could be better.

Service was the part that stood out most, even after staying in plenty of hotels. Hari at reception deserves a special thank you. Alona and Stelios (the GM) were warm, generous, and professional, sorting things out straight away with a smile. They really seem to care about people, not just their jobs. We visited Anemi Hotel in February, during the low season, and found it beautiful, cozy, and well kept. The spa has lovely minimalist interiors, and the location is excellent. Breakfast had plenty of variety, while the food at “Nema” was delicious. My Executive Suite faced the mountains and was spacious and gorgeous. It was wonderfully quiet, with a comfortable mattress, a great shower, a Nespresso machine, and more. I recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.
