There were so many problems. There’s no reception, the owner just drifts in and out, and the front door is never locked. The whole place has only one bathroom. Our “private room” had windows facing a courtyard where the owner and other guests talked and played music late into the night, so we hardly slept. Then, just a day before we left, bedbugs appeared. I’d have been more understanding if this were an 8 euro a night hostel, but dorm beds cost 15 Euros and our private room was even more.

We had a really nice 2 night stay. The price was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. You can cook your own food, too. Alfonso is a really nice guy, and the rest of the staff are just as nice.

Worst place ever. It smelled like an attic at my grandma’s, and the whole place was dirty, shabby and uncomfortable. The corridor where the beds are had no heating or light, just hardcore conditions. The shower took ages to warm up, and there was a bad smell everywhere.

I had a great stay at the Paphos Inn. The owners were amazing, the garden was lovely, and I met some nice people. It was clean in general and great value for money. I’d definitely recommend the Paphos Inn.

The location is good, but I wouldn’t call this a hostel. There is a room, sure, but the dorm “room” is just beds in the hallway right by the building entrance. It’s dirty and extremely hot, with no ventilation or aircon.
