Paphinia SeaView Apartments

The apartments have plenty of space, lovely private balconies and are close to everything. The location and service were both fantastic. But they’re really due for renovation now. The mattresses, sofa and general furniture all need updating.

The moment you step inside, the blue sea seems to be right there in front of you, as if you’re already swimming. The apartment was spacious and clean, and we had a really nice holiday. The furniture isn’t new, but it’s okay.

We haven’t stayed here, but visited the complex to have a look since we’re staying nearby. The two-bedroom apartment we saw was a great size, with a well-equipped kitchen that included a washing machine and dryer. The lounge was spacious, the bathroom had a full-size bath with an over-bath shower, and both bedrooms were a good size. From the large balcony there was a fantastic view of Paphos harbour and the municipal baths. We’re definitely considering it for later this year. If you have a car, there’s private parking accessed with a security tag. You get the tag on your first day after paying a small deposit, then return it at the end.

There’s no pool at Paphinia apartments, so it may not suit families who want a swim now and then. For those who don’t mind, it’s perfect for a stay around the harbour. Baccarus restaurant downstairs is fantastic, and the sea and other amenities are no more than a five-minute stroll away. The service, cleanliness and location are all excellent. The staff do everything they can to make your stay memorable. Sea view apartments are spacious and give you breathtaking views across the bay, with great people-watching too. We had a blocked toilet, and they fixed it within 10 minutes.
