Seaside Maisonette 200M from sea

The location made getting around easy, with the promenade only a five-minute walk away, restaurants and shops all around, and a bus stop close by. We also made use of the free gym, which was a nice extra. We came in January and the suite stayed warm, with good heating and plenty of hot water. It was roomy and sparkling clean. Breakfast had loads of choice, and our booking through the website included it at a great price. After our early flight, the hotel let us leave our bags in a secure room, and the reception staff were cheerful and helpful when we asked about checking in early. My partner and I had an amazing winter break here, highly recommend :)

The staff made organizing a trip for a larger group much easier. They were kind, professional, and always willing to help or find a solution, often with a smile. The hotel also left a very good impression for its quality and atmosphere. Everything was handled to a high standard, from our first contact through departure, and the stay went really well. It definitely deserves its 4 stars. We can confidently recommend it and will be back.

The KIPOS terrace was a lovely, peaceful spot, and the indoor pool was fantastic. The gym was also up to date, and service throughout was excellent. Our room was recently renovated, very clean, and had all the comforts we needed for the weekend. Breakfast was good quality with a standard range of choices. Dinner at Elia Restaurant was decent, though there wasn't much to choose from. For the prices, the dinner quality could be better, especially given the competition. Still, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The service was the thing that stood out most. Hari at reception deserves a special thank you, and Alona and Stelios (the GM) were warm, generous, and very professional. They sorted everything right away with a smile, and you could tell they really care about people. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and this level of service was exceptional. My Executive Suite faced the mountains and was gorgeous, spacious, and wonderfully quiet, with a comfortable mattress, a perfect shower, a Nespresso machine, and more. The hotel is cozy, beautiful, and well maintained. The minimalist spa interior was stunning, the location was excellent, and breakfast had lots of variety. We also loved the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, Nema. We stayed in February, during the low season, and I recommend the hotel with all my heart!
