The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean throughout. Still, we were disappointed with the value for money and wouldn't return. It was extremely quiet, with no daytime or evening entertainment and no music around the pool or in the lobby. The lobby was small, and there didn't seem to be much happening anywhere. We're 26 and 29, and the place seemed mainly suited to pensioners. We hardly used the all-inclusive facilities because there was no atmosphere, and there were no snack bars during the day. The food selection was limited, with very little variety. Protaras strip was about a 40-minute walk away, which was inconvenient. Unless you're after a very quiet holiday and are over 60, I wouldn't bother.

The people here are what make this adults hotel special. The manager and staff gave world class service, and they're some of the friendliest, nicest people you'll meet. They'll do anything for you. The hotel was spotless all round, and our room was clean, modern and beautiful. The food was first class too, some of the best I've had at an all-inclusive hotel. Everything about the place feels top quality. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for high standards in an all-inclusive stay. You won't be disappointed.

There were more sun loungers than guests, so even when we went to the pool or grass area at 11 or 12, there was plenty of space. The sea is right there as well, and we could swim without worrying about our things being stolen at a public beach. The hotel was spotless and tastefully decorated. The food was much better than a typical all-inclusive, with plenty of variety each day, especially the desserts. The staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to help. The Caudalie products in the bathroom were fantastic. There wasn't entertainment during the day, and a singer performed a few nights a week. We didn't mind and appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Probably the best all-inclusive hotel we've stayed at!

We had two very relaxing weeks, helped along by the weather. I'd definitely recommend the hotel, and I'd return, God willing. The decor throughout was excellent, and the guitarist played two nights each week. There were more sunbeds than guests, with hotel towels available and replaced whenever needed. You could sit on loungers in the garden or by the pool, relax under parasols on the veranda, eat outside under more parasols, or sit in the large indoor dining area with its relaxing chairs. The rooms were more than adequate, with fairly firm mattresses and plenty of pillows. The only minor fault was no shaver point in the bathroom, but reception had plenty of adaptor plugs to lend. The food changed daily and was to a high standard. Staff in reception, the bar, waiter service and catering were helpful, with lots of smiles and greetings. The lady who cleaned our room each day was helpful too. I could single out Jan and Jude and Tulla on reception, David, Alessandro, Maria, the tiny Asian girl with the ever-smiling face whose name I couldn't pronounce, and the dedicated, hard-working chefs.
