The pool is great and there’s plenty of room for the two of us. We’re here now, and it’s been a nice holiday overall. The villa is cleanish, though we found dirty dishes still in the dishwasher. After a week, there was no maid service. She brought clean sheets, two hand towels, two bath towels, and fresh pool towels, but we had to change the sheets ourselves. I’ve been sweeping and doing other bits, so it feels like being at home 😳😳. We also had to buy toilet rolls, and they only seem to come in big packs. The toilets need a proper clean, and the sofa has seen better days. The villa needs a good renovation. We booked with James villas, and hiring a car was a good move because you need one. If the neighbours are noisy at night, you’ll hear them.

We keep coming back and have stayed here every year for the past six years. The pool and outdoor space are amazing, and inside there’s everything you need. The air con is fantastic. We just love it ❤️

I’m at olive palm villa in pernera right now, and I’d strongly advise against booking it through James villas. The place is in very poor condition. The sun loungers are broken, there were ants inside when we arrived, and the bed linen was dirty and still hadn’t been changed by day 8. There are serious safety problems too: broken tiles by the outdoor shower, bare wires exposed in the pool area, a broken clothes-drying setup, and loose paving slabs at the front door. I’m seriously disappointed with the standard. It’s very basic accommodation for a high price, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

There are local food shops not too far away, and we had a very nice holiday. The villa is amazing, with a great pool and plenty of space for a family. All the rooms are spacious and have working air conditioning.

We booked just three days before our flight, and the booking was easy. The manager replied quickly through holiday settings. We stayed at no 17, a clean, well-kept place with nice facilities. I only wish it were a little closer to the centre of Penera.
