Protaras Almyra Seaview Suite 34

The food was tasty, and the staff were generally nice, but our stay at Atlantica Sea Breeze was disappointing. It felt more like a three-star hotel than a four-star one, and we wouldn’t recommend it. We booked a side sea view but were first given a room facing the car park. We were moved after complaining, yet the rooms and views still didn’t match the attractive website photos. Maintenance was poor: our toilet didn’t work properly, the shower was tiny, and the Jacuzzi wasn’t heated. The spa also closes too early, at 6 pm. It’s not centrally located, so having a car is a must, although parking is convenient. We were told ahead of time about construction at the neighbouring hotel, but it still affected the holiday atmosphere.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly. Kevin and Matty from the TUI activity team really made our fantastic holiday. They were engaging, warm, and ran activities we enjoyed more than any reps we’ve met on TUI holidays. It was disgraceful that one man complained about Kevin, boasting that he was a regular guest and knew the manager. He was rude, almost aggressive, and bullied Kevin. He clearly thought being a frequent guest made him privileged. Thank you to all the staff and the TUI activity team.

We’re here now with my wife, on May 29, 2026. The rooms are clean and the staff are great, but the food isn’t so good. There’s not much choice if anyone in your group is a fussy eater, so you may end up going to the Protaras strip for dinner a few nights. A taxi costs €15 each way. I expected more based on the online photos. If they sorted out the food and drinks, I’d rate it 4.2, but right now it’s a 3.0.

We had a wonderful time at sea breeze. The staff were brilliant, especially John, Pav, and Leon, along with many others. It’s a great place to relax without children. It’s a little out of the way, but Protaras shops and bars are 15 minutes away for €2.
