We stayed in villa8, which was a good size and had a lovely pool area. The kitchen was excellent, with modern appliances, and every bedroom opened onto upstairs balcony space. There's a gated driveway with room for 2-3 cars. It's a short walk to the beach and to the coastal boardwalk towards Fig Tree Bay, and the location is fantastic. The Jet2 holiday package even included a car. Can't wait to come back.

We stayed at Delfini no 8 for a week in late June 2025 through Jet2 Villa Holidays. It's quiet but only a 10-minute walk from Protaras main strip, and the location is great. The villa was reasonably good and well equipped, with a nice pool and outside area. It fell short on maintenance. The bedrooms are tired, the mattresses are old and unsupportive, and one bedframe was broken. There was lots of dust under the beds and sofas. One bedroom's air-conditioning unit had clearly been broken for a while and didn't even have a control unit, which wasn't great in 35-degree heat. It's a reasonable villa, but don't overpay. It isn't quite premium.

A couple of small things kept it from being perfect: we had to keep moving the sun loungers to follow the sunshine, and there was no outdoor shower. We were there in late September, though, so maybe the garden gets sun most of the day in high season.

The inside is finished to a high standard, and the villa's location is a real plus. There's a lovely little cove just down the road for snorkelling, and Protaras centre is about a 20-minute walk away for bars and restaurants. Around the pool, though, a few things need attention: the old, discoloured loungers should be replaced, some loose tiles by the steps need fixing, and the walls could use paint. Even with those issues, I'd recommend Delfini villa no 5 Cliantha in Protaras.

The problems we ran into were sorted out quickly, but villa 5 wasn't set up for five adults. There was only one shower.
