Two excellent beaches are right nearby, and that’s the big advantage. With a car, the other downsides fade: there are plenty of places for different tastes and budgets within a 5-10-minute drive, plus a dozen other decent beaches to explore. Without one, there’s no cafe, restaurant, or decent shop within walking distance, and the two places by the beaches are expensive and the food isn’t great. The villa itself is nice, very clean, has the cooking utensils you need, and a private area. But it sits right beside a highway, not a private road, with cars and trucks going by day and night. The noise disturbed our sleep throughout the stay, which is hard when you’re here on a family vacation. There’s no pool, though that’s a matter of taste, and nearby villas do have pools. Two weeks cost 125,000 rubles. We won’t stay here again. It’s just too noisy.

We’ve been staying in the house for almost three months and are happy with everything. The house has all we need for a comfortable stay, and we feel right at home. Our host is wonderful, friendly, and caring. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you, Eleni, for the warm memories of you and your hospitality.
