The staff made a huge impression on me. They were so cheerful, hardworking, polite and helpful, always asking about our day. I know that's part of the job, but I'd never experienced that kind of hospitality before. We were six people and booked three rooms through a travel agency. My room was upgraded from a lateral seaside view to a full sea view, which was amazing. My friends were happy with their lovely rooms and views too, but waking up to that full view and looking out in the afternoon was something else. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. There were so many sun beds, I tried counting them once and think there were over 100. Everyone could find a spot, and the hotel is right on the beach. It was perfect. I'd read worrying reviews about the food, but it was exceptional. We had half board and I came home 2 kg heavier. The drinks were very good too, though we did have to pay for them. They let us refill our bottles with water in the morning, which was nice. I don't know the red-haired woman's name, but the bartender made the best strawberry margaritas I've ever had. I promised I'd have another with her next time. This is the only hotel I know I'll return to. Thank you for everything. It was the best vacation I've ever had, and two weeks after coming home I'm still thinking about that view.

The all-inclusive option was well worth it. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious, with enough variety that nobody went hungry. The waiters were kind and the chefs were great, especially the man making omelets in the morning. He was so welcoming. Thanks to them all, and to the pool staff, reception and ground team for making the holiday such a good one. Our superior room had a sea view and balcony, and was very good value. It was clean and tidy, with the cleaners doing a great job each day. The beachfront setting is lovely for a walk at sunrise or sunset, and the shops and places to eat are just a 3-5 minute walk away. A special thank you to sandip and George at the reception lounge bar. You both made us feel welcome and made the stay memorable. We just got back from a superb holiday at Vrissaki beach hotel and will definitely return. It's a must, and we'd recommend it to everyone. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and plenty of variety each day. We stayed on half board and had a wonderful time at Vrisaki Beach Hotel in Protaras. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome. It's right on the beach with beautiful sea views, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy Protaras and Cyprus.

The evenings were short on entertainment, which takes a star off for me. Still, I'd recommend the hotel. The rooms are bright and very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful, always smiling. There's plenty of room to relax in the nice, cool reception and lobby area.
