Cali Resort & Spa by Louis Hotels

We went on an all-inclusive package at the beginning of November, and had lovely weather, around 25 degrees. The beach is about a ten-minute walk away. This is a quiet, adult-only hotel, with no loud pool music during the day. There’s entertainment about four nights a week, and the other evenings are left free. The shows are mellow and good quality, with singers, a piano player and a violinist. We paid extra for a sea-view room and would absolutely recommend it, since you can watch the performers from the balcony. The food was delicious, the cocktails were made with branded spirits, and every staff member was attentive and incredible. Seeta deserves a special mention. She was so on top of things that she knew what we were drinking better than we did, and deserves a pay rise or bonus! A great choice if you want to relax. Probably not for anyone looking for a party or a rowdy atmosphere. We’ll visit more hotels in the Louis chain.

The spa was the highlight for me. It’s clean and calming, the team is welcoming and professional, and Taxia gave me a 70-minute massage that was both intense and deeply relaxing. I left feeling lighter, with the tension gone. A lovely way to end the stay. The resort grounds are beautifully designed and well maintained, and the hotel has a relaxed feel. The buffet is varied and good quality. The fitness studio, though, feels basic, and could do with more modern equipment to match the rest of the hotel.

We stayed at Cali Resort for three nights in August 2025. The pool area is gorgeous, but by 7 AM most loungers were already taken. It was still easy enough to find somewhere else to sit. We booked all-inclusive and would recommend it. The main restaurant was decent, while we especially liked the poolside restaurant, the cocktails and our delicious dinner at the Japanese restaurant. You need a reservation there. The hotel is peaceful, very clean and focused on service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and reception helped with a late check-out, an airport taxi and local restaurant suggestions. There are places to eat and drink nearby, but when we went out one evening we were a bit disappointed and preferred staying at the hotel. Small shows by the pool in the evenings were a nice touch. It’s good value for money, though it didn’t feel like a true luxury resort. It’s fairly small, with one outdoor pool, and some areas seem more renovated than others. Our Superior Sea View room was a little small.

The rooms are spacious, the balcony view is gorgeous, and the bed is super comfy. The shower worked well and the elevator came quickly. The hotel is right by the beach, with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The food was tasty with good variety, and the sushi restaurant was incredible. Staff were lovely, friendly and so helpful. The cats are gorgeous and clearly looked after, which was great to see. Amazing hotel and trip. I’d 100% come back! ❤️
