What a fantastic place to stay. The house had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a working gas BBQ, which villa owners so often overlook. Having air conditioning in every room was a real plus. The pool was cleaned every two days and was great for cooling off, though it wasn’t deep enough for me as a tall person. The sunbeds were excellent, and we spent some lovely nights stargazing from them. It gets breezy on the hillside between the beach and village, which helps keep you cool. You can walk up to the village, but it’s a steep hill and probably not great for kids, so we drove. Pissouri bay beach was five minutes down the hill by car. Everywhere was surprisingly quiet for peak summer. The owner was easy to reach when we had questions. We had a few about household basics, like local bin collection and the pool light switch. It’d be useful to add that sort of information to the house guide. We like to recycle where we can.

This was my second stay and I enjoyed it a lot again. Stavros is a great host, always quick to respond and ready to help. The pool is quite large and gets cleaned regularly. By car, it’s just a couple of minutes to Pissouri Beach and literally three minutes to Pissouri village.

These villas are excellent. I’ve stayed three times over the last four years, twice in Ginesteria and once in Veriko. Everything is very clean and well kept, with all the appliances and utensils included. The outdoor gas grill deserves a mention, it cooks meat really well. There’s private parking for one car, or even two if you’re so inclined. Pissouri centre is a five-minute walk, and the sea is a five-minute drive away. The surrounding scenery is incredibly picturesque.

There are four detached villas, each screened off from the next by thick bushes. Ours was charming, with a pool, green grounds and beautiful rooms. The house has everything needed for a family holiday.
