We had a wonderful 10-day stay, even though there were a few small issues with the property. The sea view was only from our balcony, but that didn’t take away from the experience. The villa was clean, modern and stocked with all sorts of practical things, from bin bags, toilet roll and soap to dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies and coffee filters. The pool was cleaned regularly, and cleaners came partway through the week. The welcome food left in the fridge was a lovely touch.

We’d absolutely stay again. The villa is at the end of a quiet lane and has everything you’d expect in a holiday home: an open-plan, well-appointed kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, TV, DVD player and CD/radio. There are three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and an unheated freshwater pool. Some parts are looking a little worn, though. A fresh coat of paint and regrouting in the bathroom and shower would make a real difference.

We stayed for a week in villa 2 (old wall), and it was just right. Philippos, who manages the villas, was always helpful whenever we had questions. The spot works really well for a seaside break, with the beach about a seven-minute walk away and taverns and shops just two minutes away. There was food for sandwiches, fruit and a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge when we arrived. We’d definitely like to come back!
