Kotzias Hotel Apartments

The owners were delightful and arranged airport transfers, which made everything easy during our stay in September 24. Our apartment was spotless, with a new mattress and bedding, a new kitchen, and ice-cold air conditioning. The pool and bar were fantastic for relaxing over a few beers. We’re moving to Cyprus soon, and I’ll recommend this place to my closest friends and family. I can’t recommend it more highly.

We were extremely disappointed and left early after some horrible nights. Cockroaches around 6cm long came into the accommodation, and we also found dead and living millipedes and spiders. The place was disgusting. Everything felt neglected and unhygienic. It was very dirty and musty, surfaces were sticky, furnishings were worn, and there was mould on the ceiling. The bathroom had no ventilation, the toilet had a lot of urine scale, and the shower was very dirty and mouldy. Two of the cockroaches and other critters, or their remains, made the nights horrible. We had to pay an extra 10 EUR per day for an air conditioner that was very dirty and barely worked. The toaster and kettle were broken, and we didn’t dare use the gas cooker. There were no towels when we arrived at noon, so we had to ask again that evening. The cleaning team came daily, sometimes at 7.45 am, but getting towels changed was still a problem. We didn’t ask for a refund or expenses because everything seemed very unfriendly.

The apartment was very clean and had amazing views. The owner was incredibly helpful, and the pool was beautiful 😍. Restaurants, shops and bars are only a short walk away. We rented it for three days.

Right on the seafront, this was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. It was clean and welcoming, and the excellent hosts made us feel at home.
