The location is lovely, and I really hope the villa gets restored to its full potential. But after years of staying in villas in Cyprus, I've never before found that the air-conditioning remote wasn't available unless we paid €10 a day. The villa and its contents felt tired and dirty. There was scum around the pool edges, and the leather sofa in the kitchen area smelled so strongly of people's body odor that we couldn't use it. Another sofa had a throw over it, and underneath were brown stains I wouldn't want to guess about. The kitchen and shower curtains had mould, and the pool light was broken. There was much more, but I don't have time to list it all. 😔

We've stayed at this villa twice now, and it suits us perfectly. We like travelling by car and really enjoy the peace and quiet here. The pool is lovely and large, and gets cleaned regularly. The rooms are spacious, with air conditioning in the bedrooms. The living room air conditioning costs an extra €10 per day, but we managed fine with the windows and doors open. The owner was very friendly, and after we got in touch, the house was cleaned halfway through our stay. The kitchen and dishes could use a better clean, though, and the pots and pans are getting worn. Otherwise, it has what you need: a fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, stove, oven, toaster, washing machine, and Wi-Fi.

We had a lovely time at Villa Nicole, perhaps the newest one, and really enjoyed the pool and terrace. The owner was nice to talk with. The sea is only a three-minute walk away. You'll need a car to reach the supermarket or restaurants, though they're less than ten minutes away.
