You can’t beat the setting: the water is only about 50m away as the crow flies, and the beach was almost empty even in peak season. The villa itself is just okay. It’s getting old, the furnishings are practical but have no real style, the mattresses sag, and the outdoor loungers are rubbish. It’s a shame, because the lovely location deserves a better kept property.
Everything you might need is here, including a kitchen, internet, private bathrooms, and a pool. The rooms all face the pool, and the beach is just a few meters away, with another, more public beach only a short drive away. I loved how quiet and peaceful it was, and the place itself was outstanding. The neighboring villas are just as lovely.
The location is excellent, but the house was in really poor condition and dirty, which made for a very unpleasant stay. The internet was bad, and there was no hot water in the showers. The maintenance is badly lacking.

We stayed next door at Achilles Villa and could see what a lovely house it is. The design is thoughtful and tasteful, and everything was clean and practical. The sea view is stunning, with the water only 80 meters away.
