We stayed for 10 days and never got fresh towels. Nearby parrots and dogs were noisy at times, and cars drove past the villa to reach the building. Pigeons also made the top balcony unusable. When we arrived in the dark, the front door lights didn't work, so I used my phone torch. I reported it, and it was fixed two days before we left.
For the price, I was really unimpressed. Two sun loungers were broken, and although the pool was cleaned once, it still had an awful green ring around the edge. We also found no bin liners or basic cleaning supplies when we checked the next day. There wasn't even toilet paper when we arrived at 11 at night. Of the three showers, only the downstairs one worked properly because there wasn't enough pressure upstairs. One upstairs shower head was propped up with a lolly stick, as shown in the photo. I booked through jet2 expecting a nice villa and ended up very disappointed.
