I was extremely disappointed with the room and the service. I checked in at midnight, but the key card didn’t work, the AC was malfunctioning and the room was 30 degrees. The balcony was locked too. I contacted the staff, but they replied in the morning to ask if I still needed help. When I explained, I was told the balcony had to stay locked and given instructions on how to turn on the AC, as if I’d never used one. I’ve stayed in over 400 hotels, and this was definitely one of the worst for the price I paid.
