Grand Sapphire Apartment

The residence apartments felt clean and comfortable, almost like home, and the rooms had excellent soundproofing. From every part of the apartment, stepping outside brings a view of the pool. The buffet, pool, and sea access were all excellent too. We also want to thank Mr. Doğukan and Ms. Sevda at reception for welcoming us warmly and helping us out. Thanks for everything 🙏🏻

I was worried when I got to the Grand Sapphire because of the negative reviews I'd read, but don't believe those comments. We stayed at the Residence and got excellent room service from the hotel. The facilities are new, spotless, and well looked after, and the staff are kind and efficient. There was lots of fresh food, replenished regularly, with plenty of choice. I'll definitely return again and again.

This was my second trip to Northern Cyprus, and it's always a pleasure to spend my holidays there. I want to thank Irem Polat for her kindness, warm smile, and hospitality. She's always pleasant and checks whether I need anything. Selin and her manager Selin in guest relations were welcoming and lovely too. They're always ready to help, any time of day.

There were so many wonderful restaurant and bar staff that I can't name them all. Çağla and Aydan were great ambassadors for the Grand Sapphire hotel, checking that we were comfortable and that the place met our expectations, which it did. We'd highly recommend a vacation here. At the main buffet, Evsan was accommodating, cheerful, and pleasant. Without us even asking, he remembered which drinks we liked with our meals.
