Noyanlar Holiday Homes

The sewage tanks are emptied every morning right by the main entrance, and the smell is indescribable. There are also dogs barking constantly at the neighboring shelter, which is apparently a grooming center. Workers feed stray dogs there, and they keep attacking children on bicycles and people walking past. Who thought putting it there was a good idea? It’s hard to imagine a better way to drive tourists away. Well done!!!

The maintenance team has been useless both times I’ve dealt with them. After two years and 13 attempts, I gave up and had to call someone from outside. Think carefully about how much after-sales support you might need.

Awful place. My air conditioner didn’t work for three days in the middle of summer while I was in quarantine, and they sent nobody to fix it. The bed smelled bad and was dirty, and so were the dishes. Don’t trust the fake reviews. Most seem to be written by Noyanlar staff and travel agencies. Don’t waste your money here, trust me, you won’t regret it.

The service was the worst I’ve ever had. Staff friends and family use the pools with no control, so you can’t enjoy your holiday or get any sleep.
