Sarah made our visit to Billy Buff Restaurant so much better. She kept smiling, was really friendly, and looked after us so well. The food was very good too. Even though we were the only ones in the hall, she switched on the air conditioning just for us. Thanks, Sarah.

It’s a decent place to stop, whether you’re staying at the hotel or eating at the restaurant. Just be careful about ordering a glass of wine: it may be a shock to see 20 Euro per glass on the bill. I’ve never come across that kind of approach at restaurants that seem to be at a good level.

The desserts were all very good, and my deer dish was good, though not the best I’ve had. The risotto, on the other hand, was cooked to death and incredibly salty, and the soup was watery. There were three risotto plates between us, and we left them all uneaten. The modern open space is tastefully decorated. Service was okay, but not as courteous as you’d expect from the fancy atmosphere they’re going for. The bill was expensive for a mediocre experience. I don’t understand the hype, since there are plenty of other places worth visiting, but try it for yourself if you like. Just avoid the risotto :)

Really good food, and the service here was amazing. It was fast and efficient, and everyone kept a big smile, which is a nice change from the average customer service in Czech, which isn’t the best.
