The place itself is lovely, which makes the two stars hard to give. The service was another story. The woman seemed annoyed that we were even there, with no hello or thanks and just a sour look. Even the self-serve beer machine felt more welcoming :-)

I had a pleasant stay here back in 1993. The place is one of a kind, and I enjoyed playing lawn tennis, swimming, and trying the mini golf. The food was great, and having several bars nearby made the place feel unique.

The setting was clean and pleasant, and they took credit cards. Service was quick and the food was good, though the penne portion was on the small side.

I was disappointed with both the food and service. The strudel seemed a week old, and although it was meant to come with ice cream, there wasn't any. The cream served alongside it was old too.

The breakfast was fresh.
