The food was exceptionally good, and our room was clean. We had a really relaxing, wonderful holiday at OREA Horizont. The spa, restaurant, and rooms have all been renovated with great attention to detail. Staff were friendly and attentive without hovering. We’ll definitely return.

I’m still hoping the hotel staff might find the sapphire ring I lost during our stay and let us know. 🥲 For families, there’s plenty to do: kids’ activities, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and a mini shop selling soft toys made from recycled plastic bottles. The spa has a children’s stainless steel pool, a jacuzzi, four types of sauna, and two relaxation areas. The sauna with the glass window was 10/10. There are even two llamas right outside the hotel. 😍 It’s a great choice for families with kids.

The food, spa, and indoor playground were the highlights for us. It’s a lovely place for children and adults to unwind, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

There’s not much to visit around the hotel, so you’ll need a car to explore elsewhere. The nearby cable car was temporarily closed during our stay. Our room was clean and well equipped, with towels, robes, slippers, a hairdryer, and a separate bed for our five-year-old. Staff were polite, friendly, and attentive. We booked two nights in autumn with breakfast and dinner buffets. The food was varied and quite good, and there’s a children’s play area near the dining room. The pool was clean and warm, though the jacuzzi was small, with room for only four and a 10-minute limit per person. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Our son had lots of ways to keep busy, and the beds were really comfortable. We ate dinner at the lobby restaurant. There weren’t many dishes to choose from, but everything tasted great and the service was very good.
