We've been coming every year for 11 years with a big group of families, and we keep returning. The hotel is right below the ski lift or bike park, so it's ideally placed. The rooms are mostly clean and comfortable, though not high-end, and you're usually out doing things anyway. There's no room service, but for a two-night stay we didn't need it. Restaurant staff are polite and really nice.

The food was really amazing, and the hotel was clean and cosy, with fresh towels. It's in a convenient location and the price was affordable too. Thanks for the good service and Christmas cheer!

The bathrooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly. Lunch came in a good-sized portion.
