The room was spacious, with decor inspired by a castle interior. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and there was good Czech beer. The food was very tasty, proper Czech cuisine.

My friend had her wedding here, and it was lovely. The food was excellent, and the servers were pretty good, though not always as accommodating as we'd hoped. My date asked for water with the meal, but it never came. He went to the bar to ask, and they said he'd have to wait.

We used the hotel as a base for exploring the Moravian Kras, and parking was good. Room 301 was gorgeous, huge and full of light, with the largest bathroom I've ever been in. We stayed three nights and were really happy with the service overall. The restaurant was fantastic too. We ate there all three evenings and liked everything we ordered, especially the svickova, ribs, beef carpaccio, and lava cake. The downsides were poor Wi-Fi and sometimes very slow drink orders.

The portions were generous enough, the food was tasty, and service was fast. I liked the interior too. It would've been five stars if the draft lemonade hadn't turned out to be sparkling water with syrup.
