For a price comparable to a hostel for three people, the rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom and good breakfast. It’s an extremely good price for the quality. The only problem is that the description says guests have parking, but that isn’t currently true.

This was a frustrating stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. The room was small and impractical, with too few power outlets (Steckdosen), and moldy rooftop windows above the bed were very concerning. Customer service was poor too. Whenever I contacted them in English, they replied in Czech and were extremely unfriendly.

My stay at Hotel Arte was a complete letdown. The hotel was dirty, smelled terrible throughout, and the rooms were in poor condition. The reception staff were rude and unprofessional, making offensive remarks to guests. I also read their responses to online reviews, and was shocked by how little professionalism and hospitality they showed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is far from the centre, and the room was very outdated with dirty walls. Breakfast was disappointing, with no gluten-free options or fresh fruit. We were told tea bags and coffee capsules in the room were free, but then had to pay for the ones we used. That’s ridiculous.

The room was perfectly clean and bigger than I expected, with a small entrance corridor, a bathroom door on one side, and the bedroom on the other, leaving plenty of space for luggage. I liked the character of the old but nicely renovated building, with its wide corridors, wooden style, and stairs. The nightly rate is cheap, as is usual in this region. The shower door wouldn’t close because it was a bit broken, but the shower was usable. Breakfast was tasty, though there wasn’t much choice, fine for one or two nights. The service was friendly.
