The room was quiet and roomy, and the staff were very helpful. The location was also handy, about a ten-minute walk from the city center. The old building and its elevators weren't appealing, so we ended up taking the stairs. Good value for money.
We were happy with our stay overall and would come back. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the apartment was quiet, clean, new, and well located near the train station. Free parking in the courtyard was useful, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee, though there was no sugar. The showerhead was clogged with limescale, so the water drained slowly. There was no bathroom bin, full-length mirror, or iron, and the TV didn't work very well, but that wasn't an issue for us. The curtains weren't dark enough, so morning light came in early; I used a sleep mask.
The bathroom was modern and clean, but the curtains were missing, the bedsheet was dirty, and the bed wasn't very comfortable.
Our Brno stay was perfect in this very clean, modern apartment.
It was 35 degrees and there were no fans. Noise started at 6 in the morning, and there wasn't a bathroom trash bin.
