The location was great, with restaurants, a supermarket and the train station nearby. We booked through agoda and had to contact the host separately about self check-in, but the reply was quick and clear.

The location was lovely, really close to the train station and main squares, and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The apartment was spotless and had plenty of facilities, with a really comfy bed and a good shower.

Street noise could be an issue, but the double windows kept it out well enough for us to sleep. The apartment was clean, just like the photos, and in a perfect location. Communication and customer service were good too. There was no luggage storage, and just so you know, the luggage storage at BRNO train station is closed. The price was better value than Airbnb. We'd definitely come back.

We loved our time in Brno and the apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The washer and dryer came in very handy halfway through our travels. Its spot in the pedestrian district was ideal, and the nearest parking garage wasn't too far away. We were on the third floor. There's a small lift, though we got our steps in by taking the stairs.
