I’ve contacted their director and hope he’ll put this right. If he does, I’ll update my review. For now, even one star feels too generous. Their employees need retraining ASAP. I can’t believe they answer paying customers like that. Edit: Their “CEO” ignored my message. That’s how bad this place has been for me. Save your money. This is how they respond to questions. RUNNNN!!!!

The rooms were clean, but all three were noisy. We stayed five days and got no room service. There was no information in international languages. The TV had no channels, only Netfl* in the local language.

The apartment was nice and accommodating, and everything went smoothly. There was only one bathroom for three rooms, though. At least the shower and toilet were separate.

I knew from Booking reviews that it was a shared apartment, though the accommodation itself doesn’t mention that. The bigger surprise was how thin the walls were. I could hear my neighbour breathing at night, which really affected my privacy. Some basic soundproofing would have helped. The interior was nicely furnished, and the place is conveniently accessible from the centre, so it did what I needed for an overnight stay. But getting started was unpleasant. In winter I was left waiting outside for the man with the key because the key safe wasn’t working. They did resolve it, and these things can happen, but the phone call left me feeling as though I was being blamed. The man who came seemed unfamiliar with the place and couldn’t find the apartment himself.
