The rooms are clean and nice, with a fridge, kettle, TV, and air conditioning. A bag of tea or some coffee would have been a nice touch. It's in a quiet area away from the town center, but close to a tram stop that takes you straight there. There's no reception, so when we arrived late we called the owner/manager as the email instructed. He talked us through the front door, but our room key was missing. He came straight over to sort it out and was professional, friendly, and kind. My husband and I both work in hospitality, so we appreciated how he handled it. It was a very nice experience for the price. I'd give it five stars, but waiting for the key after a long trip from the UK was tiring.

We are only here for one night, but we're satisfied. The owner is really kind and helpful, and you get a lot for the price. It's right by a tram stop, so getting to the center is easy.

It's cheap and cheerful, clean and safe, with good parking. Fine for a short stay. Our room faced the street, so it was noisy with the windows open because of the tram. Otherwise, it was fine.

The receptionist was kind and helpful, and I'm pleased with the service. The prices and service are acceptable, and I'll visit again. It's a good option if you just need somewhere to sleep and aren't looking for extra things.

The exhibition centre is close by, and the price feels fair for the location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just know it’s a basic bed and breakfast, and the nearby buses and trams make it noisy.
